No problem with the house but I didn’t like that the linen fee that they charged is not clearly included in the total rate, booking promote the rate as an amount that doesn’t include de linen and even after booking process when the customer received the total amount by email that it will be charge (confirmation) still doesn’t include absolutely anything about the linen fee per person. The linen fee per person appears in the small letter initially with the spec’s of the place. certainly is not ethically correct to do it that way as the majority of the places in booking include towels and a make up bed with sheets and everything. And if the linen charge was accidentally missed by the customer (due to the small letter) at least this charge should be included when booking send the total amount that it will be discounted from the credit card. We only new about this fee when we receive the invoice from the hostess and that’s unacceptable. Because I wasn’t aware about this charge I kindly asked the hostess if they could please charge just the adults linen fee and let me bring my self the kids linen (considering the confusion due to lack of information but the answer was negative). It was not possible to make partial linen fee because it was too complicated for the cleaners. But I felt that this answer didn’t considering that It was also very complicated and confusing to the customer to receive a charge that it wasn’t clearly define in the process of the booking. it was obviously a difference between Booking and the Hostess in regards to the linen fee and that why the total amount that booking sent in detail it was not the same amount that I received in my invoice. On top of that, the gas of the kitchen was completely empty when we arrived and we were not able to cook until very late.

Downstairs smelt musty, we opened doors and windows to try and rid smell. Drive way entrance tricky, especially with next door car parked at the entrance, tight squeeze to get down. Heater in twin bedroom downstairs not working.
