Agriturismo Il Noce

The location was amazing if you are after a quite and chilled out holiday. You definately need a car as there are no local taxi. The accommodation was simple but comfortable and cupboards well stocked. Pool and pool area clean and tidy with great views. Owner friendly and very realxed!

The air con didnt really work - could have been cooler The coffe maker was very small - could do with a bigger one. No wine glasses which would have been handy.

unfortunately NO internet connection/ wlan available, although it was offered and described at the booking.com page, but one week without was nevertheless not so bad Other group of (party) people in the object don’t care about rest periods/night time, also taken our equipment (dining table) for their party

The location was amazing, exactly what we were looking for. The owners were very friendly. The house was very nice and the furniture was very nice and utilities were OK. As we had problems with operating the washing machine, the cleaning lady came out on the Sunday evening and helped us out. Thank you very much for that.

Unfortunately there were quite a few issues. First of all there was a smell of gas on our porch for most of the time. 😱As we told about it to the owner ( 2 times) Francesco, didn't go on about to investigate( as he was there, there was accidently no gas smell.. I'm not sure, if he believed us.. 🤔).We didn't explode or die, but the smell was there most of the time anyways. Even our neighbours confirmed it, and the ones, who could communicate with the owner (as he didn't speak nothing other than Italian) nothing happened to detect, why we this gas smell have had. It was simply not taken seriously ( my opinion). In our 10 nights stay we couldn't use the swimming pool for half of our stay. That was a major disappointment. We booked this place, because it had a pool! I've been looking forward to this holiday since January! That's when I booked.. On the day of our arrival the water was already really green, but we still went in it. After 5 nights we were told, that the pool was not useable. He said, that on the next day in the evening it will be OK to use it again. On Tuesday he said, it was gonna be good 1 day later. Of course, it wasn't. From Sunday til next week on Friday the pool was not usable (we left on Friday, but even then it looked in a real bad shape, even with water in it). It was a real issue especially because of the children, but of course we were also disappointed. Also there was an issue with WiFi. We had none the intire time. None! The neighbours said, they had it from time to time, but we had really none. Oh well, but the beautiful scenery compensated us, adults.. The water pressure was also bad. 2 water sources could not be used at the same time. So if you for example wanted to do the dishes noone could shower ..etc. 2 showers couldn't be used at the same time.

It was really comfortable, the views were great, there was a table outside and the kitchen was well stocked.

The pool wasn’t clean and we weren’t able to use it for the whole week. The WiFi didn’t work at all and our showers were only hot in the evening. Although Francesco tried to resolve the pool issue, he wasn’t successful during our stay and didn’t keep us informed about what was happening.

I spend with my wife and my two children (9 and 13 years old boys) 9 days in Il Noce. Place is beautiful, with classic Tuscany landscape, quiet and peaceful. Rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean. Pool is very nice. The owner, Francesco is accommodating but his english is bad. Despite that, there were no communication problems.

Bad wifi, although we didn't miss it :). The nearest market is 15 minuts drive away.
