The stay at Villa Carlini was lovely and perfect for our short stay close to Rome. The location was perfect, couple min to grocery store and beach. Sufficiently equipped, comfy beds and nice terrace. Chiara was very lovely, showed us around and explained everything well. Definitely worth it and we will be back, thank you!

Maybe only missed a kettle in one of the appartment's kitchen but otherwise nothing to complain about.

"Good value to have a rest near the beach"

We needed a couple of nights to get over our jet lag before progressing to the rest of our trip. This was a good place to rest and enjoy the sea, which was only a few minutes walking away.

The house itself was a little dark and the shower needs a shower curtain to avoid spilling water all over the bathroom floor. A few more things for the kitchen, like salt, etc. Otherwise, everything was good.
