"Exceptional"

Spacious flat, very nice kitchen and sitting room (we usually don't use TV on holidays but there was a rainy day and we enjoyed BBC and Netflix), surprise welcome cakes. The accommodation is very close to the centre of Pickering and bus stops are also near, taking you to Rosedale, Helmsley, Malton or Scarborough.

Lovely touches- home-made cakes, tea, coffee and milk. Warm cottage and everything there that we needed.

we stayed in December and it was lovely and warm, no problems with heating at all. It is so near to shops and all facilities. A lovely place to stay.

"Lovely cottage, great location."

Beautiful cottage providing all our needs and more in a brilliant location for walking to Pickering town. We chose Pickering as familiar with the town and easy drive to Monks Cross park and ride for Yorks Christmas Market. Host was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
