Sosnowa Mila - domy i apartamenty

We booked the apartment at 15.08.2023 for 18.08 till 20.08.2023. We asked about baby bed, because we have a small baby only 9 weeks old, they confirmed that we will receive it. We came around cca 20 and 30 o' clock. Even though it was written that the reception work from 16 till 22 o'clock, nobody was there. I' ve tried to reach the number from reception but nobody was answering for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes women (no name) answered and said that somebody will call us, she was not informed about our Arrival. We waited, but nobody called us. I've contacted again after that 2 times, after second time she said somebody will come and give us a key. Very unpleasant and unprofessional welcome. The apartment is very small (we booked 3 Bettzimmer). The room was very dirty (floor, fridge), dirty and damaged toilet. It looked as somebody left the room 15 mintues before we entered it. To mention we didn't received the baby bed. We don't practice in this age coosleeping. Fortunately, we bought our baby bed because we didn't know if they are serious. They are not. We will never again booked here a place to stay, because it was very expensive ( 248 euro for two nights, plus they charged the parking place 5 euro and tourist stay ) for what they offer. I hope they will treat other quest better and with respect, because people work very hard to pay vacation or weekend to spent with their family. Greetings from Germany
