We basically liked everything. The property is a beautifully renovated old town house which was clean, comfortable and the facilities in the property were excellent. The property location is ideal for easy walking access into the town. The host, Miguel, is friendly and came to help when we asked him. The swimming pool is an added bonus

We only had one minor complaint which is that when we arrived there was no small wlecome pack with coffee, bread etc..

The villa was spacious and well kept. It exceeded my expectations based on the description and rating on the website. Location was good (approx 5 mins to square, shops and taxis. There was also plenty of kitchen equipment.

Location was good. Great value for money. Great pool. Accommodation very tidy and clean. Amenities were good, had every thing we required. Would highly recommend this place again to anyone. Outdoor area brilliant

Beautiful old house in a very central position in Pollensa. Walking didtance to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Miguel was very helpful and a lovely host. There is a very comprehensive guide to the area in the house. The photos don't do the house justice, it is a very lovely big home. Decorated in Mallorcan style. If you are looking for traditional home this is your place. The aircon works extremely well, the pool is excellent and we used it lots during our stay. Miguel provide some milk, juice, water and cake on arrival which was a lovely touch. The road is incredibly quiet, no traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mozzies are a pain but there's nothing you can do about that really. Small things like sharp knives, butter knives would be helpful.
