Accommodation in quiet area accessible by car couple of minutes from city centre, shops and restaurants. Owners are answering any queries within couple of minutes. Rooms where clean, spacious, equipped with all necessary stuff.

Very relaxing, calm and beautiful neighborhood. If you’re planning to use public transportation the bus station is within a walking distance not far.

Great location. We loved the private house neighborhoods in Rovaniemi. So cosy and easily creates tranquille atmosphere in winter. At the same time very close to the city center - about 5 minutes drive. There was all the kitchenware we needed, there was some food products, spacious shower room, two separate bedrooms with real beds. Outside there was a snowed in gazebo - our kids loved to clear the path with the tools provided. There are also plastic sledges (although one was broken) for the kids to use right outside.

There are many rooms, but they come at a cost of no living space, only a small dining table in the kitchen. The toilet had a bad smell and no fragrances. Oven and its trays were in poor condition. The lock to the apartment was not easy to handle, probably needs fixing.

Quiet location, very easy walk to a supermarket, and extremely cosy place to sleep. 30 minute walk to town or easy taxi ride using Uber or similar local apps (or the taxi rank by McDonalds). There's a great kitchen which helps reduce eating out costs which can be steep in Rovaniemi for a family, and an excellent shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without reservation.

The towels were a little thin, could have been a little plusher.
