Sauberkeit, die Art der Einrichtung und Deko, die Lage, die Dachterrasse. Es war sehr nett, dass der Eigentümer nachgefragt hat, ob alles ok ist

Das Sofa war nicht zum Entspannen geeignet. Dadurch fehlte eine Relax-Möglichkeit. Bei dem kleinen Zimmer ging die Tür kaum auf. Das war ein kleines logistisches Problem. Ein zweiter Parkausweis wäre prima gewesen, da wir mit 2 Autos da waren.
