NOUS AVONS FAUT L’ERREUR DE NE PAS LIRE LES COMMENTAIRES AVANT LA RÉSERVATION MALHEUREUSEMENT POUR NOUS Absolument tout. De la ruelle où se trouve le logement (eau sale qui pue, des cafards qui se promènent, des sacs de poubelle, du vomis de chat) à l’intérieur de la maison qui ne devrait pas être mise en location car ne réunit pas les normes pour (humidité dans toutes les pièces, l’eau qui stagne dans les salles de bain, les portes qui se ferment difficilement, des draps pas frais (j’ai des boutons partout) La cuisine😩 le four ne marche pas, pas de micro-ondes, pas de machine à laver pour le linge, un petit frigo pas propre, le rideau de la fenêtre et la plaque de cuisson crasseuses. La connexion 😭😰🤷🏽‍♀️ il n’y en avait pas, on était obligé d’utiliser la 4G et faire un partage de connexion pour les enfants. On sortait tôt le matin et rentrer que pour dormir pour éviter l’humidité à nos deux garçons asthmatique

La personne qui nous a accueilli est gentille.

Les salles de bain ne sont pas du tout agréable, on a l’impression de se doucher dans les toilettes. L’annonce parle d’une terrasse mais ce n’est qu’un accès au toit.

I do not recommend that anyone go to this place. First, the place does not have any name. It looks like a random house in Essaouira and that is because they are working ILLEGALLY. They are working under the table to hide from paying the taxes, and it is almost impossible to find the Riad. They were messaging me in the application, as a tourist I do not always have access to the internet and I did not have any problem with other hotels/Riads because they simply have names, and they are not hiding anything. The owner is super rude, he needs to behave because the way he spoke to me was beyond rudeness. I chose not to stay at this property because of the worst customer service, how dark and dry the place was, and because I could not stay in a place that was not legal for my safety and the safety of my family. I asked them to cancel my reservation, and I could hear them in the back asking (what their nationalities were?) it’s like they return money based on people’s nationalities. I was not able to get my money back from them and I want to warn anyone that this place is not worth a penny. Save your money and go to a better place.

The property has 3 floors. On each floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. My daughters each had a floor. They felt so special 🥰

Hmm the mattress was quite hard, but I didn’t see it as a problem.

The location was the only good thing about it

The riad is super dirty , we found the sofas in the ground floor wet ( rainy days) and smelled like pee , the rug as well , the sheets of the rooms we dirty and the whole riad was cold eventho the weather was pretty good outside, no ac! Internet connection works only in the ground floor
