We like that the home was very open spaced.

We didn't like that the house cleaning was not great at all. The air conditioner filters were all filled with dust. The inside cabinets were not all clean. Build up of dust on the refrigerator. The jacuzzi was not cleaned but was cleaned the 3rd night of being at the property. The grill had a broking, rusted catcher with no oil catcher. We experienced an oil fire on the deck, and the fire extinguisher was empty. After notifying the property about the fire and the over growing of poison ivy. No one showed up to fix the problem. Our family had a 2 month old, 1 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old, and a five year old. The 3,4,and 5 year old couldn't run around in the front yard because of the poison ivy. We didn't have any pets, but every morning, it was dog liter on the driveway and in the grass. We were happy to stay because we already paid money in advance for what we thought was going to be great. Unfortunately, we will never go back to the property again. If anyone decides to read this review. I promise you that from the pictures of what the site shows you. These pictures are miss leading, because this property was definitely not attentive from landscaping to cleaning. I hope this helps you make your decision.

Blue Ridge was really wonderful to stay at and the cabin was spacious with great amenities. The creek its on is really beautiful as well, the photos don’t do it enough justice.

Only having 2 bathrooms ended up being a little restricting. Also no large parking space at the bottom made parking a larger van tricky upstairs. Not really a problem if you bring smaller cars, however.

The home was comfortable, big enough for all 6 of us, and then some if we needed extra room. The location was just beautiful and peaceful. We loved the pool table so much fun for the family. The hot tub was just what we needed to unwind from the day. We loved the fire pit kids loved rosting hotdogs and making s'more.The host Uday was great. We got in town earlier than expected and asked her if we could check in early. She was so accommodating to let us check in early. When we sent her a message, she responded in minutes. She messaged us shortly after we got there to check on us and made sure we did not need anything.

Not enough towels had to do a load of towels every day to have clean towels and wash clothes for the next day. Shower floors very slippery,do to a very slippery tile floor surface.I was scared my older mother and kids would slip. I went out to buy shower mats to help the situation. On the last day, I went to look under beds upstairs to see if kids lost anything under there when we were packing up and saw Lots of dust and dead bugs under the bed. Despite these few things We had an amazing time making family memories.

Uday was an excellent host! The Chariot was amazing. The location was perfect for visiting all the local attractions. Online pictures do not do this place justice especially the waterfront view. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool every evening. We can't wait to visit again!
