Ideally located for an overnight stay prior to flight from Birmingham Airport. Kitchen new and clean. Seating comfortable

Would have been nice if the heating had been on when we arrived. However, we were able to turn it on easily ourselves. The address given by booking.com was incorrect - it showed as no.45 but it was no. 47. Fortunately the owner at 45 was very pleasant and waited until we had checked at no.47. No teatowel for drying up plates etc
