"A great place to stay to enjoy Bridgnorth and the surrounding countryside."

9.0

Located only 4.5 miles from Bridgnorth the accommodation is on a quiet lane and has open views across fields to distant hills. The accommodation is spacious and had all the facilities we needed. The kitchen/diner is on the ground floor with bedroom, lounge and bathroom upstairs. We were within walking distance (but drove due to dark and drizzle) of the friendly and welcoming Cider House which serves excellent cider and great value meals.

"Basic provisions in a great property and location."

7.0

Great views. Clean. Spacious. Nice linens. Well equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea and salt and pepper provided. Some milk would have been nice.

Intermittent issues with hot water and WiFi. Dishwasher had not been emptied on arrival and needing salt light was lit and ended up having to wash all dishes by hand.

The cottage is very comfortable with all amenities, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine etc. In a quiet, picturesque location. Good sized lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Clean linens and towels. The twin beds are very comfy. We both slept well. Various towns and scenic locations within 10/12 mile radius. We visited the Halfpenny Green Vineyard, Bridgnorth and a couple of National Trust sites. Great pub grub at The Six Ashes about 2 miles away. Sarah and Phil are friendly, helpful and caring hosts and we would both recommend Duken Courtyard Cottage highly.

Nothing.
