Panorama Ocean & Golf Fairway view

Location was lovely, view of ocean in distance. Super quiet location. Bed was very very comfortable.

Stove was super old and could be upgraded. Many cobwebs in bathroom and upper corners of bedroom.

Tv had many choices, key pad to get in.

House was very dirty, no info on how to get beach access. No privacy only good for one couple. Very stuffy, no ac , window wouldn’t open. Too many stairs! Spiders! Chairs outside were too dirty to use

The ocean views are the highlight. We enjoyed the comfortable, clean, and attractive living spaces.

The house is in a quiet residential area built around a golf course. The views of the ocean and golf course are excellent. The sofas in the lounge were comfortable as were both beds. There is a flat screen TV in the lounge with a variety of streaming services including Netflix and Amazon Prime. Both bathrooms had been refurbished and the shower areas in both were clean. The shower water was hot though the shower head in the main bedroom needs descaling.

Cleaning The house seemed generally grubby and not well cleaned. There was mould in the fridge and not all of the food residue had been cleared out. There was rust at the back of the microwave. Previous occupiers left some dirty underwear in one of the drawers in the main bedroom (which had clearly not been checked). There were cobwebs in the kitchen. The furniture on the deck was covered in bird poo. Appliances The kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge and microwave) were the smallest we have ever seen in years of renting properties in the USA. The fridge only has one shelf. There were two coffee machines but no kettle. We requested the latter from the management company (and note that the lack of a kettle had been reported in November 2022 on the Air BnB site) but this was not forthcoming. Consequently we had to boil water in one of the saucepans. The so called coffee/tea maker could not boil water. Kitchen Utensils The crockery and cutlery looked new but the nonstick saucepans had been scratched inside - probably by people using metal utensils. We requested replacements (and again note that this was pointed out to management in November 2022} Given the amount we paid for a 3 day stay we do not think it unreasonable that replacements of pans and tea kettle could not be provided. Privacy Although there were only two of us (and we had a bedroom each) there is no privacy whatsoever in the property. The top bedroom has no door and a triangular hole in the wall. The main bedroom is a mezzanine with a balcony overlooking the lounge. If there were four or five people in the house no-one would have any privacy whatsoever. Electricity When we were making breakfast in the kitchen there was a loud bang and all of the lights and internet went off. Had we not known to flick the fuse switch back on it would have been very difficult to stay in the property without outside intervention. The property manager said that we must have overloaded the circuit!!! Impossible.
