"Delightful historical property in great location. I will be back!"

Everything in this beautiful historical property was carefully updated. The whole house and garden was lovely, the king beds were the most comfortable ever and the kitchen was extremely well appointed with thoughtful items left to use. The host was friendly and immediately contactable via Whatsapp.

"Relaxing and welcoming"

Gorgeously restored Victorian cottage with heaters that actually warmed up the house! The most comfortable place we’ve stayed in South Africa. Note to travelers: minimal shops in Calitzdorp; bring groceries. Host kindly provided tea, coffee, rusks.

This house is really beautifully decorated, both in furnishing and art. The beds are comfortable, the host is friendly and gracious and the braai next to the swimming pool (with firewood provided!) makes it a good break-away destination.

"Our favorite stay in South Africa"

It was our 4th stay at 3 Queen Street and definitely not the last. You can find our previous comments, so no need to repeat again how perfect it is. It is the best house we had on all our South Africa Trips and we come back to Calitzdorp twica a year only to enjoy our stay in this house again.
