Very good get away very nice away from daily rush

45min drive from tar road on gravel road but still good travel through mountain landscape

The area is truly spectacular and quiet. The cottage is so comfortable and had everything we needed. We did the fountain walk nearby and it was beautiful. One can see game playing from the stoep! Lots of beautiful birds. I would definitely visit again.

The only one slight bother was the occasional whiff of onions from the plantations but it wasn't bad.

The 2hr hike and a river swim by the rocks was exceptional. This is an absolute hidden gem of a location.
