Baan Porhdoi Goidao

What a magical place. The views are stunning. Accommodation is rustic but you won't notice it with that view. For the price this place far exceeded expectations. We had their Moo Kata and it was amazing. The food quality for breakfast was also sensational.

The roof inside needs a good clean but the rest of our room was spotless. Air con wasn't great but there was a fan so it wasn't too bad.

Die Aussicht und die Ruhe ist ein Traum. Man bewohnt einen Bungalow auf einem Reisfeld. Zwei Seiten sind Glasfronten. Dazu gehört eine eigene Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Matratze war für mich perfekt. Das Frühstück war thailändisch. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist Vorteil und Nachteil zugleich. Ohne Wagen oder Motorrad kommt man kaum weg. Mal eben etwas essen gehen, gestaltet sich schwierig. Der Gastgeber hat uns aber geholfen, ein Motorrad zu mieten.

L'emplacement au milieu des rizières et vue sur la montagne est Incroyable. Le repas vous est servi sur votre terrasse, c'est top.

An absolute gem. Lovely staff. A beautiful room, a little older but clean and comfortable. Besides who cares with that view of Doi Chiang Dao? I ly stayed one night but will most certainly be back to this area and would not hesitate to return to this property.

Keihard bed, geen sfeervolle kamer, alleen heel groot fel licht en geen sfeerlampje, heel slecht ontbijt ( alleen rijstpap of soep met vlees met een witte boterham zonder boter met jam fruit was appeltje nauwelijks voor 1 persoon. Zoveel lekker en smaakvol fruit te krijgen en dan zo'n ontbijt is toch jammer voor een land als Thailand. We kregen geen schone handdoeken en bedlinnen niet opgemaakt. De vrouw in de ochtend was niet zo vriendelijk, zei niets en vroeg ook niets Al met al duur voor wat je krijgt.

Location was amazing

Breakfast. I’d rather not have breakfast included when milk is not available for coffee and the only option is rice porridge. They shouldn’t just say what the breakfast is if only one option. As not everyone can have the sales thing.

The location and views of the cottages were excellent. The cottages are well-appointed and comfortable. The host was kind and helpful. We had the hot pot dinner on our porch and it was fantastic! We ran out of beers and the little cafe had some for purchase as well as soft drinks and water was provided. The breakfast was also very enjoyable.

Stunning view! I could just stare at it all day. Basic and clean accommodation but with the perks of the most beautiful location.

The frogs at night are SO loud! You may want to bring earplugs, but honestly it was such a lovely place it didn’t dampen anything.
