The apartment is spacious and warm, you can adjust the air temperature. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is new and the beds are comfortable. The location is great, grocery store, restaurants and so on. 13 min. by car to San Pelegrino ski resort.

Unfortunately, there is a musty smell in the place and the electrical wiring is outdated. The light switches panels fall off when you touch them (this can be dangerous for small children) and the kitchen appliances are connected to one electrical strip, which causes a short circuit when the kettle and the dishwasher are turned on at the same time. It should be noted that there is no parking right next to the apartment. You can park your car about 300 meters away, in a public, free parking lot.

Simply nothing was fine!

Everything was just terrible. 1. The facility is very dirty, the walls are stained with coffee, the bed linen is dirty and old 2. Mattresses are very uncomfortable, with broken springs 3. The gas sometimes works, sometimes it goes out, once it went out while cooking and didn’t turn on for a long time and we sat there hungry 4. The neighbors are noisy outside the window from early morning. 5. The property has a dangerously steep staircase to the basement that they don’t lock, which could cause small children to fall. 6. TV remote doesn't work 7. The bed linen is very old, its elastic bands are worn out, it does not stick to the mattress and falls off with any movement. As a result, we woke up every time on a bare mattress. 8. The owner is annoying, rude and comes often 9. After we left, the owner filed a false complaint against us and demanded 1000 euros from us for damage that we did not cause, literally made up various details such as a “broken” dishwasher that we started literally before leaving, stained mattresses (how could they not have been dirty, if they were dirty, and if the bed linen falls off?) 10. When booking, I indicated one and not two children by mistake, as a result, the owner sent a request to pay extra, and this additional payment was almost 350 euros, despite the fact that initially booking for two children was much cheaper. I still didn’t understand what was going on, but they were extremely tired, so I had to give in and pay extra. Stay away.
