Csobánc Szerelem-Nemzeti Park-Önalló Ház - klimatizált

An absolutely amazing romantic place under the Csobánc mountain, accommodation in the middle of vineyards, outdoor seating with views of the unique surroundings. Excellent and welcoming host. We were completely satisfied, thank you Christoph.

I would like to point out that I am more than two meters tall, so I had a small problem with the short bed and the kitchenette located under the slope of the roof. In no way, however, did it spoil the impression of an exceptional experience. :)

Fantastic little house on a private wine yard. House has all the amenities you need for hot Balaton summer (fans, netted windows etc), including AC which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen is decently equipped. Outside grill and patio perfect for summer evenings. Host is lovely and very helpful. Great spot for star gazing. We've also been visited by some cute deers. Location is perfect to explore the Csobanc/Badacsony area.

This was one of the most amazing places where we ever stayed…basically the Csobánc mountain “starts from the garden”, nobody is around you, it is soooo peaceful there (yet Tapolca city with lots of big stores and anything that you might need is about 10mins car ride away from the house. We suggest to drive from the Gyulakeszi church direction. The road is easier to drive on, and shorter too 🙂) The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, there are many towels. Every day we started the day with coffee sitting in the swingbed, then we put the garden table to the middle of the wine yard and enjoyed our breakfast there, and every evening we made dinner on the BBQ….this all happened just right in front this view of this beautiful mountain. ❤️ In the afternoons / evenings paragliders were flying around the mountain, and above our head, it was magical feeling. As there is no fence around, in the evening wild boars and rabbits came accross the garden. We brought a long leash with us, and our doggie was always on leash, while we were outside, as she might have ran after the animals to the forest. So keep the same in mind if you travel with your dog :) The lake Balaton is also a short ride away. We found 2 wonderful MUST VISIT places nearby. One is Sabar winery and the other one is Kinga Kamrája (Kinga’s Pantry), which is basically an organic farm, with lots of home made yummie food and such a nice vibe. Christoph was a wonderful host, we highly recommend this place if you wish to hide away from the busy world and your normal everyday life :) Thanks for everything, we loved it there: Dóri, Zoli, Olivér and Fáncsi dog

The Host is very friendly, we immediately felt as we were old fellows. The small house has a good vibration and lovely environment and view. :)
