Perfect location and the garden area is beautiful...

We arrived in the dark but the location details sent prior were spot on and we had no problem locating the parking space and the cottage. There was some scaffolding on the lane leading up to the cottage but that didn't hinder taking our luggage and groceries in. Lockbox easy to find and the front garden has a lockable gate which was really useful when bringing dogs in and out. We didn't use the lovely back garden at all as it was too cold and icy during our visit. Quality of the accommodation was excellent. Lovely bathroom, comfortable beds with quality bedding and oodles of storage space. Well stocked and superclean kitchen area with lovely views over to Capstone Hill. It's dog friendly but you wouldn't know that dogs stay there as it was immaculate. The best feature during such a cold period was the unlimited warmth. We stayed in a cottage elsewhere before Christmas and the heating was controlled offsite and we were cold the entire stay. Pebbles Cottage was snug and warm and felt like a home from home.

My only small gripe was the front gate which we didn't know could lock and found ourselves locked in. It was cold & dark and 9pm and we panicked a little :) Some instructions would be useful for future visitors. But also having a lockable front gate was a great feature when you travel with dogs.

Great location, good layout, really good facilities. Hot shower, fluffy towels, all the kitchen implements 👍

It’s at the top of a very steep hill

Very comfortable and the location was very handy.

Would have preferred to have a coffee machine as advertised and shown in the kitchen picture. It wouldn’t have stopped us from booking, but would have made it even better to have great coffee.

The cottage was lovely. Nice and central. Clean and well presented. The beds were comfy. Nice and private given the location.

Difficult to find initially, post code gives the wrong area, would suggest using what3words, windows.reforming.uniforms.

the ‘sea view’ was not what I expected! It can hardly be called that and the property is up a steep hill which is not mentioned
