Perfect location, just 5 minute walk from the city centre but nice and quiet. Amenities such as tea, coffee, toilet roll, etc. all provided. Host checked in on us by mobile to make sure we accessed the property OK. No problems with parking. No complaints

Very clean and comfortable cottage in a convenient location with only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Canterbury West and East train station. We would stay again.

"Lovely, cute and cozy place to stay"

Was very clean and cosy, and the location was perfect as everything was walking distance we didn’t even need to use our car. The fact that the heating can be controlled by the guest is amazing as it was absolutely freezing when we visited and we had a toddler with us too. Overall amazing experience and the host was very professional and communicative throughout the stay.

Allocated parking in the city centre right by the front door is amazing. Short walk into the centre of town and all the amenities - we didn't use the car. Lovely little riverside garden, which because it's October we didn't use, but would be amazing in summer. Fully equipped and Jaya is a very good host who met us and showed us around and responded quickly to messages.

Can't fault it, we had everything we needed.
