House Teigan of Villa Intaba Breath Taking Sea Views Corfiot Riviera Corfu Island Greece with Pool close to Ipsos Beach

Amazing views and an absolutely great space, we loved this villa we couldn't have chosen to stay anywhere else. Intaba villa made our holiday worth every moment we have fantastic members of sitting out on the balcony and taking in all the beauty 😊

You have to be a confident driver to drive to the villa but I found it starts to grow on me and I began enjoying the drive up to the villa, missing those bends 🤗😅

The other group was noisy only on the last evening and it is a bit of drive (10-15min) to the nearest beach.

Great stay! The best thing about this Vila is the amazing view of the gulf (it gets better at night), and we enjoyed coming back from the beach and having a glass of wine on the terrace. The long drive up the mountain rewards you with the best view in Corfu!!! We appreciated the quality architecture of the villa - high ceilings (4 m in the living room) with panoramic windows, great lighting , curated details like candles for evening drinks, beach towels, wine glasses, and a huge kitchen island that breakfast a joy to cook. The swimming pool had the wonderful view of the gulf, and was great for an afternoon plunge or late mornings. The exquisite design of this villa made our stay memorable in Corfu! We drove everyday to the beach, unfortunately the closest beaches were extremely crowded in August. The nearest beach Ipsos is very narrow, no shade and packed with young tourists - good for all night parties though. We tried Barbati beach (15 min drive), which has wonderful trees and mountain views, but super crowded and no parking because of high season in August. In the end the best beach for us was Acharavi - 35 min drive up North, long strip of sand, foamy sea waves, good price for loungers and great family taverna's. Overall the villa is for people who love breathtaking views and tranquility, appreciate great arhitecture, in exchange for the compromise of being further away from the beach. Our family loved the stay and would definitely come back! Would prefer to try out the villa in off season - September or May, when the sun is kinder and the island is less crowded.

The villa is very clean and well maintained! A minor suggestion is to figure out a better routine for the pool, because the pool water was clean, but cloudy during our stay (needs floculant/clarifier). Lots of steep stairs outside (because of its positioning on the mountain) , so not suitable for small children. You have to drive for everything - beach, groceries, tavernas (only one taverna in walking distance). It could be an advantage though as it is a great basepoint for exploring the northern part of the island.

We really enjoyed the views from the terrace, as well as a very clean apartment. Also, I would like to add that the swimming pool was cleaned every day. ☺️ Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect place for holidays

A bit far from the Ipsos beach (possible to reach it only by car) but that was not a problem for us as we were exploring other parts of the island

House Teigan is beautiful and spacious, comfortable and with amazing views. It was nice to have somewhere where we felt safe and able to do what we wanted in the villa. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax. The best thing about it is definitely the views of Corfu which you wouldn’t get anywhere else. I would definitely recommend staying here. There is a really lovely host who checked in on us and a someone who you can contact easily should you need assistance or recommendations. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

It could have been made clearer that the pool isn’t actually a private pool (it does say this on the Villa Intaba website) but booking.com makes it seem like it’s private. It is shared with the other two houses but it wasn’t a problem for us. Secondly it is very high up in the mountains which is great if you want to stay somewhere not super crowded and busy but it is a little secluded and you absolutely need a car (or taxi) to get down the mountain to go to places as you cannot walk down, and you need to plan ahead with getting food supplies etc because the nearest shop is at least a 10 minute drive (a 50 minute walk) so you need to do your research about the area and taxi’s are expensive.
