Beautiful thatched cottage with half door. Location was great as it wasn’t far from the town and has friendly neighbours. Gerard had fresh scones and jam ready for us when we arrived and everything you’d need for your stay was on site. We will be coming back for sure.

Property could have been cleaner eg found piece of used chewing gum on our beside table. Bathroom cleanliness not what it should be - eg used face wipe beside the wash hand basin

The cottage is perfect for a cosy getaway. Everything you could possibly need in a tiny space. Gerard went above and beyond to make our stay special. He really cares for the property and the experience his guests have there. We felt very welcome and at home right away.

Honestly there were no disappointments, the only thing I would note is there isn't an oven. The gas stove top was more than enough for us. There's also a microwave, kettle and toaster. Plenty of pots, crockery and cutlery.

A beautifully cosy cottage with an incredible host. Greeted to the warmth of a fire in the hearth, homemade jam and scones right out of the oven. My son adored the spacious bunk bed. Will definitely stay again.
