Location and bedrooms

Das Apartment ist über mehrere Etagen verteilt und bietet aus den meisten Zimmern eine super tolle Aussicht besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Bettwäsche, Bettdecken und Matratzen sehr sauber. Etwas kompliziert ist die elektronische Einstellung der Temperaturen (Tag/ Nacht/ mit Uhrzeiten). Das untere Schlafzimmer war deshalb nachts (Anfang Mai) ohne Heizwärme. Diesen Mangel hätte ein - mehrfach angebotener - Anruf bei unseren Hosts sichter abstellen können. Die betroffene Mitbewohnerin wollte dieses Hilfsangebot aber nicht nutzen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür ist am besten rückwärts anzufahren, so dass morgens beim Start zu Ausflügen notwendiges Rangieren entfällt. Tatsächlich sind sogar 2 Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Apartment liegt direkt im Zentrum: Treppe hinunter und hinein in die Einkaufsstraße mit vielen inhabergeführten Geschäften und ATM. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

This is a lovely character property in an excellent location . It was very clean and comfortable and there was lots of room for our group . It is very close to the centre of Inverness but quiet and peaceful . It was useful to have private parking . The views are lovely over Inverness and beyond and there is a private terrace at the back of the house . I liked the decor and furnishings which I thought suited the house

Although it is stated that there are 2 car parking spaces it could be difficult if there were 2 large cars . Ease of access could be dependent on the size of cars using the spaces of the adjoining properties . We just had one car so not an issue for us during our stay . Worth paying attention to the directions to the property as it is quite a trip round the one way system but we soon found our bearings

Perfect location and a very comfortable and clean house

The house may require some renovation, as the floor screws under the doors have started to come loose. This poses a minor safety risk, especially with young children around. Good is the location is very convenient to walk by and access everywhere.

Love the location and the spaciousness.

Some of the bedrooms did not have enough heat - freezing! Bedroom on first level next to the bathroom with twin beds never got warm. Mattress in bedroom on level 1 needs upgrading - springs mean you feel every movement of the other person.
