Lovely house. Spacious. Clean. Great location. Owners were super helpful, and great communications too. All of the beds were so comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Living room comfortable - the children enjoyed the board games and movies. The welcome basket is a really nice welcoming touch. It's just a few minutes walk to the river and to the Fife coastal path. We saw seals and lots of different birds near Kincardine bridge. Kincardine is well located. You can get to many places within an hour's drive. There's lots to see and do nearby. If you get takeaway from Ilarios be sure to buy the gelato. It's sooo good!

Nothing not to like!

The house was easy to find, accessible to both Glasgow and Edinburgh (both about 40-45 mins driving). Internally, we felt welcomed as soon as we stepped in the door. It was cold and raining on arrival, so we immediately felt comforted and warm as we unpacked for our stay. Co-op at the main junction just a short walk away for self-catering and plenty of options for dining nearby. The house is very roomy for a 2 bedroom, and the master suite is huge. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and more. We can't wait to return. Catherine is an excellent host.

Be aware that if you have a child with a gaming console, the TV doesn't have functioning HDMI ports. Otherwise, the house is fully functional and comfortable for every other need.
