Best Deal in Knoxville

Found a rodent as soon as we walked into the home, Wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. Floor is quite literally sinking… They asked for a 150 deposit but suddenly changed to 350. Bed was uncomfortable. Besides that Host was pretty responsive. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood

please contact me as I was promised by 5pm on December 27th by Ryan at your location...still waiting. I have contacted local Knoxville Tennessee news & health department in regards to the lodging. UNACCEPTABLE, DANGEROUS & FILTHY!!!

The area is beautiful. Not a far drive to get to anyplace in Knoxville. Food city a 3 minute drive away was super convenient.

The house upon entering smelled terrible. The couch had a funky stank to it and there were several broken blinds. We had to clean after the bottoms of our feet were black and we found crusted on dog feces in several spots and urine coming up while mopping. The floors are all warped and slanted, feels like you're walking through drunk. We didn't have the central air the whole time, we did get a portable AC after a few days but we couldn't even sleep in the rooms because it got up to 94 inside during the day and only down to 82 at night. We ended up pulling out a mattress and sleeping in the living room, that at least helped the lumpy mattress feel a little bit better. The neighbors dogs are mean and aggressive and will run at you and try to snap at your ankles. The owner gave my number out to a couple of his maintenance without asking so I had random people calling and texting about work orders. Maintenance showed up the first day and let himself in so while the code lock makes you feel safe, the code is given out freely so really you're not. We were also charged $200 every day for their deposit, after being assured we wouldn't be. It only stayed pending but still was annoying to be charged over and over, especially after the check in says there's a hold of $2, and the owner assured me I wouldn't be charged and I have proof of that. We were desperate unfortunately and had no choice after spending $800 for 10 days. We left the house 1000x times cleaner than it was when we arrived. Such a rip off. Random, but annoying the listing on Google maps says, "better then" instead of "better than".

We went not expecting much but a place to sleep after attending the Bassmaster Classic events but stayed longer in the house due to its comforts and warmth. It was located within 15 min to downtown Knoxville and any attractions we wanted to see, so a perfect location. Communications from the company / people managing the property was excellent. We arranged to arrive earlier than the expected and standard 3:00 check in. It was appreciated to have this opportunity as we were driving thru the night for 14 hours, from Canada. The access code provided was incorrect but after a quick call with pleasant support people, we had it arranged and were granted access within minutes. Although the floors were uneven, beds not the most comfortable; bringing my favorite pillow and blanket made it like home though, and cracked tiles, door frames etc, we loved our stay and were not looking for a high-end BnB but comfort at a good price. The bonus enclosed back deck to sit and listen to nature, with tons of room for 3 men, nice kitchen and awesome TV with streaming services, warrant a 2 thumbs up. For the price, this is a diamond in the rough and would stay again.

Other than needing more toilet paper to be left, nothing. It was easy access with code and knowing it's changed regularly, provided extra comfort / security.

the location and the maintenance people where great and helped every time we needed them! the price was great for what it was!

the floors where uneven, one of the bedroom doors didn’t close due to uneven floors, we didn’t have internet and power in one room and the living room room for over 24 hrs after notifying booking.com, and another rooms light would flicker on and off every time it was on. the heaters provided would blow the breaker.

This rental is a short drive off I-40. Easy off, easy on.

The grounds were covered in leaves and since it had been raining it was wet leaves. We had dogs with us and so with all the wet leaves it was very messy trying to get the dogs pottied.
