We found the cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped, providing everything for our needs. Comprehensive kitchen facilities made food catering easy. Fundamentals like a quality shower and effective lighting were appreciated. Our host was very thoughtful in making detailed suggestions tailored to our specific interests to help us make the most of our stay. There was also a useful collection of well organised printed material. So many possibilities for our activities! And there is so much to do in the area. The specific location suited us very well, feeling we were out in the countryside but with easy access to the town for food shopping and road networks around South Wales. Arriving late after a tiring journey we were happy to find milk, tea, coffee etc. - and Bara Brith was a welcome bonus!

It was good to have safe private parking though it was initially daunting negotiating the awkward access. However, we soon got the hang of it!

Cosy, well equipped, peaceful and great location with easy access to a variety of places to visit.
