Good localization. Parking Spot. Friendly foxes in the caravan park. Nice big patio with barbecue. Relatively close to the marina. Close to the beach.

No AC - it gets really, really hot and humid in the caravan when it is closed. There is a "public" road behind the fence right after the caravan and it can be loud at night, as people are walking thru there with Bluetooth speakers from the beach.
