Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, alles perfekt.

An einer Wand zum Nachbarhaus ist die Wand feucht und es riecht nach Schimmel. Wenn es nicht an diesem Haus liegt, sollte man mit den Nachbarn sprechen, bevor es schlimmer wird.

Riesiger Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Parkplätze für 2 Autos. Grosse Terrasse. Super ausgestattetes Haus und Küche. Im Nebengebäude 2. WC vorhanden.

Zufahrt erscheint beim 1. Mal unmöglich aber wenn man sehr langsam fährt ist es gut möglich mit großem Van (VW Caddy Maxi). Beim 3. Mal fahren denkt man nicht mehr drüber nach.

"Beautiful location and well renovated property"

This property is really nice and has been really nicely renovated. Although it looks from the picture to be a single property it’s actually a semi detached property. Under the trees around are a number of plots with caravans and lodges. The road is a bit rough and the entrance is narrow but once you are at the house it’s spacious and a lovely spot by the beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the village which is well served with shops and restaurants. The beach is typically rocks but easy access into the water which is truly beautiful. It’s really unspoiled and quiet. We really appreciated basic supplies like dishwasher tablets etc.

The property has huge amounts of crockery- but not all easy to reach. Instructions for the oven etc would help. Wasn’t intuitive and we had to look up online. Kitchen utensils were lacking.. one small chopping board, and although 3 whisks and 2 potato mashers not much in terms of meal prep. An easy fix! There are motion / night light sensors in the bedroom that go off when you turn over in bed which drove us mad ! Small things that would make a difference. But shouldn’t detract from the fact that this is a really lovely place.
