C'est un grand logement avec vue agréable, mais qui présente un intérêt limité en hiver.

Mobilier de récupération. Vieux matelas. Il faisait froid. La maison est dotée d'un chauffage central, mais il n'était pas en service. Nous avons dû utiliser des chaufferettes.

Wonderful host - super friendly. Really clean. Great view especially at sunset. Wonderful big and comfy beds.

La casa en conjunto estaba bien acondicionada y ubicada en el norte de la isla. La vista era estupenda y cercana al pueblo (en coche) La chimenea estupenda

La comunicación con la anfitriona muy complicada, según ella por la cobertura aunque en mi opinión tanto en telefonía como internet es fantástica. La casa estaba rodeada de gusanos que deben ser de la zona pero podía la anfitriona fumigar o avisar de lo que te puedes encontrar. Continuamente había que barrer gusanos por paredes, muebles y suelos de la casa, muy desagradable. No había artículos indispensables para baño ni para lavavajillas ni lavadora. Estos artículos deberían ser repuestos ya que en estancias cortas a una isla no lo puedes llevar. Aunque estuvimos en diciembre en pleno temporal Emilia no había leña más que una pocas piñas.

Let me describe our situation: - I can't rate the house itself because our trip was canceled (due to a flight cancellation). - After the flight cancellation, we repeatedly tried to contact the host (Laura) via booking.com to request a partial refund or at least a refund of the final cleaning fee, which in fact never happened – to no avail. - At the same time, Laura responds quite regularly on WhatsApp and assures us that she will sort everything out immediately, only asking us to send messages to booking.com (which she then doesn't read). Think carefully before renting this or any other property managed by Laura, as you can't expect a response in case of any issues. Please also read the previous comments carefully.

La tranquilidad de la zona.

Hay que llamar a la propietaria para que te indique dónde están ubicadas las llaves, no hay código de acceso. No pudimos ir al alojamiento contratado, nos llamaron el mismo día para indicarnos que el termo estaba roto y nos alojaban en otra casa.

Loved staying here. It was the best place we have stayed on La Palma. The view from the terrace was fabulous and we enjoyed eating our meals there. The use of the washing machine was great. The house is clean and well equipped.The host is lovely and commication easy. We ordered breakfast, and we were given lots of provisions, taking into account dietary preferences. Check-in was easy, and check out was flexible. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The walk up the hill to the shop and restaurants, but that's the price to pay for a tranquil location.

Very beautiful & quiet place. Friendly host, simple key handover. Definitely would book again when staying in this area.
