Schöne Finca mit toller Aussicht. Ruhig gelegen. Im Januar toll am Kamin zu sitzen. Küche top ausgestattet.

Das Feuerholz hätte trockener sein können.

La casa es muy bonita con grandes patios y barbacoa exterior, ideal si acompaña el tiempo. Las vistas son magníficas, el poder encender la chimenea fue increible, especialmente porque hizo mucho frío. La casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y el poder aparcar junto a la puerta es un lujo.

Me gustó absolutamente todo.

We liked the quiet position of house and the views from the terrace are amazing. El Mirador has the perfect location for walking. Look for laminated map on shelf in the lounge, very useful for local walks. All appliances work in the house. Puntagorda is a lovely village with at least one great restaurant ( the others were closed this time of the year). There are excellent food shops, we loved the Bio shops as we found there everything a vegetarian can ask for.

The house was not cleaned when we arrived, we had to do this ourselves. Laura, the host, presented consistently as a non-responsive and totally disinterested.  Although we stayed for three weeks no change of towels or bedding was offered.  The house itself is beautifully built, but the furnishing is sparse and it has the ambiance of a youth hostel. Bedding, towels and a lot of the kitchen equipment is either worn out or of cheap quality. We found that there is no soundproofing between the two houses. If neighbours are laughing or moving kitchen chairs the noise can be easily heard in Mirador. Before making a booking, I would recommend to read all reviews for winter 2024/25, we found they accurately echoed our experience and we could see no evidence that the host had made any effort to remedy any of the shortcomings.

Pleasantly quiet location in the countryside. Perfect location to watch the stars at night, and to explore the remotest corners of La Palma during the day. We liked the exterior of house, built in traditional style, and the terrace with seaview. The apartment is furnished simply, but functionally.

When we arrived, the apartment could have been cleaner. The owner was very kind, but not particularly responsive on some requests (additional towel).
