Amazing view

I think there had been a leak, so floor way damp inside and heaters on. So very humid and funny smell

The location is great the view of the lake and snow capped mountains is breathtaking. Close to town, 5 minute drive.

The beds so soft and worn you roll into each other making sleeping difficult. The balcony off the primary room cannot be accessed, the table and chairs has been moved to the lounge room. The loud creaky floors are in all parts of the main floor making it awkward to walk on when especially when people are trying to sleep, guilt with every step that does turn into frustration. The carpets could do with a thorough clean or a re-carpet, there are stains throughout. There was a hole in the ceiling in the entry from urgent work that required completing. We actually left a day earlier paying for an extra night at our next accommodation, we were genuinely uncomfortable.

The views were phenomenal. We enjoyed the creature comforts of home, great location from the centre of Queenstown, excellent heating for winter, quiet neighbourhood and large living space for a family.

Creaking floor in upper level bathroom, no milk in fridge on arrival to make a cuppa for weary travellers arriving in the late evening.

Great views of the mountains. Cosy and close to Queenstown.

Amazing views! Handy location, up the hill so easy to walk down to town but a bit of a hike back so ideally need a car. Great value with plenty of room for a family to stay. Everything was clean and tidy.

A very small thing but the floors were very creaky so the people sleeping downstairs could hear anyone moving around upstairs. Not a deal breaker but just something to be aware of.

The views were great and the layout good for spreading out and relaxing.

View was spectacular. Location excellent, close to town. Heating was excellent.Beds very comfortable. Staple pantry supplies were much appreciated.

Towel size - 4 of the 6 members of my family are 6ft 2 +, so we found the size a challenge. No kindling as stated in the information. Ceiling fan over the stairs very dusty. However these were insignificant in the overall scheme of things - a view from nearly every window trumps everything.
