Awesomely Wakatipu Queenstown Home

the home is beautiful the views are EPIC!! we loved it there 😍 the owners are awesome to communicate with the spa is stunning honestly its just stunning 🤩

mattress toppers would be amazing & the deck door squeaks but seriously this house is amazing a bit far from town so $45 uber to airport. definitely need a car otherwise $15 uber to town

something was spilled on the carpet upstairs on on the stairs. cleaners tried to clean it up, but still smelled. ran out of soap in the bathroom

View was stunning, and beds were super comfy.

Spa was discoloured and smelled bad. House had several little things that needed attention.

It has everything we need, feel like a home away from home. The landlord is very nice.

For both nights while we were there, I was waken up in the middle of the night by the loud noise, the first night was by the loud disco music from the house about 20 meter away obove, the 2nd night was by the party noice from the unit downstairs. I understand that this kind of unexpected things is out of landlord's control, but I think the house is not very sound-proof, otherwise I shouldnot be waken up by loud music from a house 20 meters away from us. The first night I called noise control, half an hour later the noice was still there, I called them again, and was told that their staff was out for other things, would check the noise problem for me soon as they can. I woke up around 1:30am that night, couldn't go back to bed until 3am. Very exhausted the next morning. The 2nd night I actually tried my luck and contacted the landlord when I woke up in the middle of the night. I didn't expect the landlord would respond until the next morning, but he did, and he solve the problem very quickly in about 10 minutes. I was very impressed, I wonder whether the landlord sleeps during the night?

Owner was helpful and attentive. Views were exceptional.

No plug for hair drier in bathroom.
