Central cozy house - 10 min walk to town

A comfortable property, easy to find, central and close to Queenstown's attractions.

I had expected something a little more up market for the price but realistically it is Queenstown and everything is well over priced. Given that, it was a good option for us.

Location was excellent. Property had what we needed although Sky tv to watch the World Cup cricket would have been awesome.

Some auto lighting up the steps and to lock box would be a bonus. Never thought about leaving a light on when we went into town and one member returned early without access to a cellphone light.

We hit the jackpot with this one. The house was fantastic - very comfortable, clean, warm and so close to town (flat walk!). Laundry facilities and a dishwasher were a bonus and made travelling with a toddler that much easier. It also came with a cot already made up. I would stay here again next time I'm in Queenstown. Additional luxuries such as access to streaming services and lots of soft blankets were also appreciated.

Was very cold and bed was uncomfortable

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Queenstown. My family enjoyed the house a lot. The location was superb and close to the town centre so that you could walk. The house was also pretty well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Agnessa was also very communicative over message.

The walkway to the house was a little dark and the steps leading to the house were uneven, so be careful, especially arriving in the dark.

Very handy location to everything, and a great size for a family.

The lighting on the side path. Unfortunately we arrived after dark, and the path to house has no lighting and the steps are at uneven heights. Pretty treacherous trip up with all our gear, and returning from dinner etc.

Nice bathroom, good kitchen facilities,reasonable storage, cosy bedrooms. Good washing machine and drye. Extra heaters were appreciated. Close to town

Fridge was leaking. Sofa bed was not adequate , guest ended up sleeping on floor as couch had broken springs. Access on walkway poorly lit, not easy in the dark, there were a number of trip hazards. Easy repairs that would result in a higher overall rating.
