The beds were really comfy.

The sofas/settees are really uncomfortable. It would be nice if the plants were cared for - I had to give them so much water to bring them back to life ;)

Really clean and comfortable. Good location.

Separate toilet for such a large group. Mirrors in bedrooms. Ironboard could do with a new padding. Sharper knives are the one currently there were really blunt

Great location, plenty of beds, comfortable, nice and quiet and clean. A great base for our time in Queenstown

The second television didn’t really work, the utensils need updating (All of the knives were blunt) and we couldn’t get the oven to work. It’s a bit nit picky but there you go! I also got a follow up email saying that the garage door wasn’t working properly but we didn’t use it at all and when I tried replying to the email it bounced back.
