Viscount Haven - Lake Views

The views of the lake were amazing and definitely a highlight. The property is in a nice, quiet area, but still close enough to town, and only about 5 minutes from the airport which was really convenient. The furnishings are modern and it worked well for our family. Fireplace was great.

Nothing major to note. The only thing to be aware of is that firewood is only provided during the winter months for guests. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, as having a fire at night was a highlight for the kids. We ended up purchasing our own wood.

Fantastic views, toys and books for kids. Kitchen is amazing.

Limited supply of bathing and detergent soap. We asked if we can check in early as it was cold and raining and the kids are tired. Waited outside the property for about 45 mins and it was already available as no one was coming in or out but was told to wait at 3pm. The pillows are too high/hard.

Location, view, walking distance to marina, small playground down the street.

Very slow internet, almost unusable while streaming something on TV. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart and need bit of maintenance.

Beautiful views, good location, nice design. Easy to get to Queenstown, Arrowtown, airport. Great coffee & brewery at the bottom of the hill at the marina.

Shower (which was fine) is in the tub which was a bit of a high step to get in and out of. Not a big deal, really, especially if you’ve already gotten up the steps into the house. Otherwise, a great place!

Good view

The location and views were unbelievable. Enjoyed every second of being in this place. The house had everything you could possibly need from a packed kitchen, games, toiletries and even hair straighteners for my GF and instantly felt homely. My mum was able to cook and have a lovely meal on the huge balcony with panoramic views of mountain and lake. Town just 5 mins uber or drive along the road.
