Excellent place for a big group. Wonderfully well equipped with all the facilities. The billiard and the table tennis were fantastic to enjoy the holiday on rainy days. Beautiful garden and superb view from the living area.

The house suited our needs for family so everyone got their own room and privacy. Area was great with all supermarkets etc close by. The view was amazing looking out and down the lake, we sat and watched planes leave and land, a plane watchers dream.

Beautiful location, amazing views. Lovely house with excellent bedrooms, two wonderful baths, a brilliant snooker table, table tennis downstairs, the best living room view I think I've ever experienced. We were very grateful afterwards that the house is close to the airport and a few minutes drive from some bigger supermarkets, as the centre of Queenstown which was 10 minutes away by car was very impracticable for shopping and parking! Loved the little beachfront on the lake just down the hill. Honestly system liquor cabinet, a cupboard of games and Lego and DVDs for kids. All in all an absolutely excellent stay.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was excellent for us as we were between Queenstown and Arrowtown and we had business to attend to in Arrowtown. It was also easy access to the wineries.

Loved the view of the snow capped mountains and lake. The use of a vehicle was so thoughtful and convenient. Central to everything. The amount of floor space was superb, so much space, easy flow, great sunshine soaked rooms. Every room was detailed with such love and affection it made it feel so homely. The cat next door came for a pet, such a friendly thing. The added feature of a well stocked alcohol cupboard and bar fridge. All the extra condiments that were supplied, that was unexpected but very lovely to see.

Leaving.. it was such a beautiful stay in Queenstown and having a beautiful place to stay whilst here made all the more worth it.

Communication from the owner was prompt and very well explanatory on directions. Heating in the house is great for those cold nights. There was so much space inside and out for you to enjoy on your own or even as a group. The entertainment options were amazing, not only do you have a snooker size pool table in it's own room but there was a dart board and ping pong table in the double garage for all to enjoy. We already tried to rebook for the next school holidays, but the home is fully booked out till mid next year. That is how amazing this home is.

That a simple request from the owner to replace the sport equipment you break was never followed by previous renters. Being a competitive group of people, we had to make sure the equipment was available for us to use, so we went out and brought new tips for the cues, new ping pong balls and darts so not only we could enjoy the fun but the next families or friends after us can too!

Absolutely fabulous house! Plenty of space for everyone, lovely furnishings and artwork, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, warm and inviting. Super easy location and access. The views are amazing and the billiard table is a great time waster! The use of the Jeep was the icing on the cake.

A few more towels would've been great, particularly for longer stays.
