The view!

The location is a bit hard to find at first but it has the best view of Queenstown! The layout is a bit odd with lots of stairs so it’s quite hard when went up and down with luggages. The rooms downstairs were a bit dusty with poor airflow. The oven in the kitchen didn’t work.

The accommodation is fully furnished. It is located in a very good location overlooking the lake Wakatipu. The accommodation is spacious and easy to find.

The car park is located up behind the apartment. Travelers with elderly people may not suitable for because they have to climb up/down the stairs. Travelers without a private car is not suitable.

The view and location are great, with comfortable beds and enough space for all of our group. It was great to have a kitchen with pretty much everything you'd need for a dinner plus a BBQ.

The property could benefit from some cosmetic maintenance and a couple of personal touches to make it perfect.

WiFi and password were not posted. They were found in the guestbook which was placed inside the shelf beneath TV and out of sight. We managed to find the book after digging around everywhere for about 20 minutes. For travelers like ourselves who rely heavily on WiFi in order to email, text and call, having the book on the kitchen counter in plain sight and/or posting WiFi information on the refrigerator door would help greatly. There were signs around regarding quiet hours so I would think posting signs regarding WiFi info would be easy to add.

It was fully equipped with amenities Getting up to an amazing lake and cloud covered mountains was amazing..... It was indeed peaceful stay... The check-in and checkout instructions were very clear.

1 - The passage was bit untidy with dry leaves collected 2 - We expected body wash and shampoo as most of the apartments we stayed before had them, however here there was just 1 body wash in 1 bathroom

Liked the view and layout, plenty of room for 3 adults . Very comfy beds. Warm temp via the floor heating, just right. Will definitely will be back

Most of the cups were chipped and a couple of items showing signs of wear and tear, such hand towel rail nearly coming off the wall and the lid on the bin getting stuck. TV was annoying as previous guests had changed everything to asian language. Took ages to get it all back to English
