Very spacious and great view . Facilities were excellent and had all we needed. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with the kitchen, and the communication with this property as a whole has been really poor. The kitchen gas stove was blowing a fuse everything we'd turn it on. We contacted the staff and on the first occasion they fixed it however it happened again we were told to go to the fuss box and fix it. When we finally found it it had a security seal on it so we couldn't fix it ourselves . As holiday makers this should not even be up to us to fix. We then contacted the staff again and they never responded back so we were left with a non functioning gas stove and all the groceries which we had bought to cook with had to be thrown away. We had people with certain dietary requirements and we couldn't cook for them. It was really unfortunate as it was a lot of money and no cafes walking distance to eat at. Initially when I booked this property each room had a double bed, but at some point one room was replaced with a bunk bed. I only found this out as I went back into my reservation to check facilities and saw this update. There was zero communication from the property to tell me this was changed and unfortunately we had a couple that had to stay in a bunk bed. Really poor form from the staff, as I wouldn't have booked it with this configuration. I have contacted the property many times post our stay and they have not gotten back to me on any of this. Suffice to stay I will not be staying at this accommodation again nor will I be recommending it to anyone. If you end up staying and have issues, good luck with having it resolved as you'll endlessly be chasing them up with zero response.

location was excellent, the view magnificent.

property wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, we had an 8 month old crawling & the floor has a lot of fluff & hair on it. property needs some maintenance.

dishwasher didn’t work, some cups/plates etc were dirty when we went to use them, shelf broken in pantry and one of the back doors never locked
