Location was absolutely amazing, such great views and the house itself was really homely and spacious. All the amenities were good and beds were super comfy!

Check in process could have been better, I originally didn’t receive any check in information until the day off arrival (flying from Melbourne to Queenstown) and contacting the host directly. However it was an easy link that was sent and it was all smooth from there. and the allocated car park needs to be re sprayed with a 55a as I accidentally parked in the wrong allocated spot. And last thing is that one of the bottom bedrooms sliding doors (leading outside to the front) kept coming off it’s hinges. Couch cushions were also broken.

The views were great and the facilities were good. It was very close to all amenities and bus stops. Super showers!

The hill from the town was a challenge to walk. Once we had a car, parking was very difficult with 3 other cars already at the top of the drive. The bedside lamp in the single room doesn’t work.

Great views. The walk down into town was easy, the walk back up was good for the physical challenge (much of Queenstown is steep)

The view was amazing and the location was very convenient. The hosts were very good at replying instantly to questions we had and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the essentials.

One of the beds was slightly lumpy, as were the sofas. It would be useful to let future visitors know that when going up or down the drive, there is a dip that may catch the bottom of your car. Either park on the road or drive on the grass to get on or off the drive.
