Great views, Nice fertility and Very tidy rooms.

Dead mice was in front of door. he slope of the parking area is too steep, causing problems where the exhaust pipes of large vehicles touch the ground.

Lingering damp smell and noisy when others moving around in night.

Fantastic outlook across Queenstown, lots of room for our group of five.

The view from the property is awesome. Overlooking Queenstown and the harbour. Located half way up the mountain, it’s a tough walk back from town so a car is required for access if you don’t like a strenuous stroll..

The property is in a great location and stunning views.

The host lacks communication and I would not recommend it. Upon arrival to the property, we were not able to park in the driveway because it is very steep and hard to drive up, we had to park on the side road. We then waited outside the property for almost one hour because the PIN code had been changed with no updated from the host and communication was not great. We attempted to contact the host multiple times; left voicemails and messages but there was no response. We got desperate and inquired information from a neighbour whom informed us that multiple guests have had similar issues with access and poor communication in the past. When the host finally got to us, it was approximately 10pm and we entered the house, there was an odour of a wet carpet and to our discovery, the carpet between the bottom stairs, laundry, toilet/shower and two rooms was soaking wet when we removed our shoes. It seemed like there was a water leak from the sunroof because there was a water mark. We did not inspect the rest of the property for further damages because we were jet lagged, tired and hungry so we just got food and wet to bed and left the property before the check out time. I would strongly recommended to inspect the house and keeping an evidence because you might get accused of property damage and break in.( like what happened to us)

Queenstown is an expensive town to stay in.

Location with the view was fantastic.

A little maintenance is required for loose fittings etc., I:e door handles, handrails, towel holders.
