预订条款非常严苛，提前2个月就自动扣款，且不允许协商退款，差一天也不可以。皇后镇其他民宿酒店基本都是提前1个月或者2周才扣款，这家属于非常霸道的了。另外，修改入住信息非常麻烦，例如入住人，人数等这种常规操作，booking平台上都不能修改，都需要和酒店邮件沟通，平均耗时2-3天，整个性价比非常低。

The pictures and description are not accurate, pictures need to be updated to show how the property is now not from a few years ago. There was 1 sofa for 4 of us to sit on so not comfortable, pictures show 2 sofas. The pool was not heated and description should advise this, it was freezing plus it was tatty and in need of repair. The hot tub was not full of water (below jets) and there was an odour so did not use. An engineer came out on our 3rd day and confirmed there was an issue and we were advised to not use the jets. No refund given for these issues and was advised by Relaxway (agents looking after the property) that the owners would not give any refund! This was a 5 day break over Christmas and it was not enjoyable.

Away from the hustle and bustle of town. All facilities provided for a comfortable stay.

Main bedroom bed could be slightly larger. Ie King size. Better bath mats and indoor mats when entering house. Ice trays for guests.

Beautiful little house. Clean, neat, welcoming. Cosy. Comfortable.

1. Needs a good bluetooth speaker for music. This was the singular worst part of the stay. It doesn't feel like a holiday without music all around 2. The TV sound is pretty poor. It's quite tinny, which may be because it's sitting on a metal cabinet, but when they weather is bad and u feel like a movie...that could have been better. The cheapest/easiest fix would be solving both those problems with one simple solution: buy a set of PC speakers with bluetooth connectivity. Connect the speakers to the TV and bluetooth would allow me to play music from my phone. https://www.pbtech.co.nz/category/peripherals/pc-speakers 3. This was a repeated moment of WTF were they thinking.....and that is all about the 3 main windows being so small when there is such a magnificent view. That main wall with windows and door should be all glass, and the couch should be rotated to allow people to sit an enjoy the incredible view. That's a big structural thing...but you asked. 4. I felt the hot tub would have been far better where the outdoor dining table is, so you could enjoy more of the views from the hot tub. IF they made the dining section a little larger, they could bring the hot tub down to that area and that would work. Again....this is just a suggestion to make this place perfect.

Lots of parking out the front of the house, right outside a bus stop too. We hired a car so unsure what route it takes - but the bus does have a holder at the front for snowboards & ski's. 5 min drive from queenstown. beds are super comfy. spa is lovely. view is lovely. has good wifi too & a decent sized dining table if you're needing to work remotely. the home has great temp control, with heaters in all rooms including the bathroom. The management (relaxing holidays) are outstanding, responsive & attentive.
