Lake View Villa - Queenstown Holiday Villa

Loved the view.

Could have been a little cleaner but was fine.

Location right on lake - great lakeside walks out back door. Facilities very good. Neat and clean apartment.

The pillows were like rocks! No BBQ (but knew this before going in) - would be an asset.

The view was great, not too far from town

Dryer took for ever. A few stairs to get to main road

The views were amazing! Such a gorgeous location. Kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the fireplace. Very clear easy to follow instructions for arrival and departure.

Few bits of maintenance required

Back bedroom too small for a couple in hot weather. crockery and table settings could be more than four as kept having to wash them a lot.Short on instructions for operating oven elements and having to keep door open when using drier otherwise it cut out. No effective emergency response as client in Villa A had to come to us at 11pm when her key was lost and if it hadn’t been for Moses txting me that he’d left the linen exchange she would not have got entry. Moses kindly let her in. I washed all towels after four nights didn’t know about any l fresh linen. Ran out of toilet paper.No body wash or shampoo. But we were happy to buy our own. I got stung by wasp twice getting into our car parked on site owing to wasps around rubbish area. Also quite bad sewerage smell as you came up second flight of stairs. We did enjoy our stay but as a former Mayor of a district in North island and husband a Water Engineer we thought you might appreciate our feedback. Thank you! Margaret Kouvelis

located right on the water! incredible view of lake. beautifully decorated, modern comfortable . kitchen/ washer/dryer. quiet!

parking was a little tricky , but it has its own designated spot

It was central to where we needed to be, and very clean and tidy

I thought it was a touch expensive for what we got. Also, was quite hard to find, and I feel could have been highlighted more about what driveway to use

Location was fantastic as it overlooked the Lake and close to all amenities. The facilities were excellent and would stay here again.

The only downside with our stay was the double spring mattress on the bed of the smaller bedroom. It looked & felt very used and was definitely NOT as comfortable as the double mattress in the main bedroom.

Nice view to wake up too
