Arrived to milk in fridge lovely chocolate cake and bottle of prosecco All the little extras like picnic stuff beach chairs BBQ etc

Absalutely nothing !!

Wine, milk and a cake were left in the fridge for us……a lovely bonus. Very quiet location and nicely decorated house with added extras eg things to use to take on a picnic, cloths, tea towels and washing up liquid. Plenty of books games and puzzles. Lots of helpful information about the house and activities in the area and recommendations of where to eat etc.

We had to re wash all the plates, bowls and glasses and a saucepan that hadn’t been cleaned at all well before we could use them. Wondering whether the previous occupant had done a rush job on them before leaving.

Location was where we wanted to be.

The mattress on king side bed was very hard and the springs squeaked every time we moved. The lounge seating was very uncomfortable and we felt that the picnic table/bench seating might have broke if sat on.

clean and tidy and had absolutely everything you could need in it. so good to have milk and cake on arrival too. for us location was perfect

Very comfortable and cozy.

nice cosy property with everything you will need. close to the sea front and shops.
