Villa Luz II - NEW - Private Outdoor Area

On s'est senti super bien avec deux terrasses ensoleillées pour les matins ou les soirs et une maison tout confort, literie superbe, logement fonctionnel avec une propreté impeccable, vues splendide sur mer ou sur montagne forêt depuis toutes les pièces même les salles de bain. Chemins en vraie pente pour accéder au lieu car l'île est MONTAGNEUSE, mais faut mériter sa vue au petit déjeuner ;) et dès que la voiture louée a une belle puissance c'est nickel . Merci

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et propre et lits confortables. Une vue splendide.

Pour les familles qui louerons une voiture, pensez à louer une voiture automatique. Le lieu est magnifique mais pour y accéder le chemin est très en pente. A prendre en compte.

A lot of space, everything was cleaned, the view on the two balconies were exceptional.

It was a little bit cold but heating was available at a certain price/night.

Host is really nice and accommodating. The place is quiet and away from Funchal (which we wanted), but still close enough to drive to Funchal.

Amazing property. Good size kitchen, good bedrooms with incredible balcony views.

If you’re renting a car, the drive up to the house is very steep.

We were self catering and the location required a car which unfortunately we didn’t have.

The hosts couldn’t have done more for us, Marta & Jose went out of their way to help us as we arrived late and Marta came back with provisions for us.

Marta was Lovely and Very helpful said to ask if we needed anything, but as it was over Christmas we did not like to bother her. Generally the facilities and Location were good. The balconies and views from. The plentiful towels and cotton bed linen. The availability of two bathrooms and the extra large double bed for us. The good size fridge. Plentiful supplies of cleaning materials/toilet rolls and bin bags. The mattresses were comfortable on the beds.

No shower racks/shelves for shower preps. We use solid bars so whereas you might stand bottles on the floor of the shower you would not want to do this with bars. No toilet roll holders had to reach behind you to the top of the toilet often they would fall off toilet and roll on the floor not ideal. No oven, which is stated in the information and in the Summer would probably not be a problem, but over Christmas when no transport or restaurants/shops easily available and you want a nice Christmas dinner it was just limiting.

Everything was great, the view is incredible, cozy and clean rooms, you can find everything what you could need! The host was very very friendly, she helped a lot. Thank you very much for everything, I recommend this place for everyone who wants to feel like at home!
