Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jedem Anliegen wurde sehr schnell und unkompliziert nachgegangen.

Die Buchung. Der Preis bei Booking.com war nicht der Endpreis, obwohl in der Beschreibung "inkl. Steuern und Gebühren" stand. Die 115 Euro mehr waren nicht das Problem, allerdings ist der Kundenservice von Booking. com der Schlechteste, den ich je erlebt habe. Wie kann man in Zukunft buchen, ohne den endgültigen Preis zu wissen. Nach wochenlangen KI Nachrichten und völlig verdrehten Tatsachen habe ich aufgegeben, es herauszufinden.
