The bed was uncomfortable and creaky.

Very spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Impeccably clean - A***. Quiet location with easy access to Fakenham for supplies and an easy drive to the fabulous North Norfolk coast. Amazing welcome pack with thoughtful additions for our feathered companion. The host goes the extra distance for sure. Can't recommend highly enough.

All that we needed and more was in the accommodation. I was very pleased with the accommodation. Jess checked in to see if everything was okay and helped with a couple of things I needed help with. She was very efficient, friendly and very helpful.

I did find because people who stayed there with dogs the outside patio did smell like urine. They must have let their dogs urinate on the patio. I did find though because of the accommodation I could go pass that.

The interior was very stylish - very spacious and airy - due to the vaulted ceiling. The general location was good, i.e. based in Sculthorpe - a very pretty, tranquil part of the world - lovely walks in the countryside close by - I visited a nature reserve which was about 15minutes walk away. And Wells-next-to-Sea, Holkam Beach and Holkam Hall are all close by - all fantastic in their own way. Lovely and quiet in the property. An exceptionally nice welcome pack was waiting for me.

Because I was on my own - walking back to the property in the dark was a bit worrying for me - not because it felt unsafe in any way (nice area) - but there was not enough lighting past a certain point on the way to the property. Also it was all gravelled, so it was difficult to pull a suitcase along the last part of the way.

Beautiful converted barn with everything you need in a lovely location. Great base to visit lots of pretty villages and stunning beaches. The host was really lovely to deal with and left some very much appreciated extras. We would definitely stay again, highly recommended. Many thanks Jess 😊
