Disruption at property during entire stay from early morning (7a.m.) thru the day. Tile cutting and hammering etc from property below. Construction workers left doors open in the rear and were invasive watching guests at the pool. Some were teen girls. A little awkward to say it nicely.

The location was great. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place had almost everything we needed. We were a little surprised to find out that we needed to get our own toilet paper after we used what was there plus one roll supplied by the host. Stayed there almost a week so if you are staying here longer, bring your own TP. Having the washer and dryer was very nice.

The moldy smell and sewer smell were suffocating. Noticeable water damage on the ceiling. The master bedroom bathroom was updated and nice, but the other bathroom was so old my kids ended up using the master bedroom shower. We often woke up to strong sewer smell and it was so bad on the last night of our stay we left early.

The location of the property was great. Everything you needed - restaurants, grocery store, beach, shops, etc. - was within walking distance, which was perfect.

There were a multitude of things I did not appreciate. First off, i had tried to contact the property owners multiple days before our check-in date to receive any information regarding check-in. I didn’t receive any information at all about that until 20 minutes before check in time. I called and asked them about 3 times the day of to see if we could check in early since we were on siesta key an hour and a half before 4:00, the check in time, and they said no and that they wouldn’t be done cleaning the property until 20 before 4, which I thought was ridiculous. When we get there, I see a plumbing truck and someone else’s car in front of the property. Turns out the previous renters had told the property owners there were issues with plumbing and they were fixing it that same day. The previous renters also were still at the property using the pool at the time of check-in and didn’t leave until at least 45 minutes after we were already there!! They already had their time - it was our turn to enjoy our stay and we had other people there who took their time leaving which I thought was completely unfair and disrespectful, and something should’ve been said to them. After a while, I noticed the entire property reeked of mold and sewage. I could barely sleep without smelling the stench throughout the house. And looking outside the house, it was clear that the property was not thoroughly cleaned. We found a dirty tampon and trash on the front lawn. When we went to swim in the pool, we found an exposed electrical wire right by the water. Talk about a safety hazard!! It’s a good thing we were out and about frequently, because if we were at the pool all the time, it could’ve escalated into a way worse situation.

Great location to walk to Village and Siesta Key Beach.

The location is fantastic! There were six of us and we had plenty of room. The back bathroom is beautiful. When I had questions, they were answered super quick!! We would rent here again.

master bath too small bed in master bedroom had a very badly stained mattress cover that I didn’t notice until I stripped the bed. I was told there would be coffee supplied & cleaning products. I text the mgmt the next morning & requested coffee, filters & sponge for kitchen. they responded within a timely manner & delivered the items. kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced because it only sprays which results in water spraying in all directions. master bathroom sink is stopped up & is slow draining.
