Our time in St. Andrews staying at 4 Kinnessburn Cottage was wonderful, we stayed for 4 nights and these accommodations were so very comfortable. The home is so spacious compared to many of the other locations we stayed during our 3 weeks in the UK which was great with 3 children! The beds were very comfortable as well. The location is well within easy walking distance to explore the town and incredible beaches making it an ideal location for a summer holiday!

Can’t think of a thing that we didn’t like.

"Superb"

Location, facilities were excellent and downstairs living room and dining area was spacious. House had everything and was comfortable. Would definitely return again and recommend.

If improvements could be made the mattress on the bunk beds could do with being replaced as not the most comfortable and bunk beds were very noisy. There were cobwebs and dust on the roof on the stairs and upstairs in bathroom.
