"Excellent location if you are visiting St Andrews"

The location of key box 1 as it took me a little time to fine it

The heating could have been on longer - we had to use the stand alone heater to warm the bedroom .

quiet are, large well equipped house, super comfy beds, large lounge and dining area. Garden is a great suntrap and short walk to main road for public transport options into St Andrews/Cupar

"Great place for a family retreat!"

The format of the property... I like it all being on one level... And loved the conservatory... That was a safehaven for the kids, and gave me a bit of peace! Also the location of the property, so easy to get to either St. Andrews or Dundee, a quiet and serene environment.

The recycling bins outside... I didn't know what to do with the bins to get them emptied by the local services. The bins were overflowing when I arrived. I thought the house could do with a few more key provisions in the kitchen, e.g. tea, coffee, etc
