"Happy Sunderland visit"

Home from home. Quiet location within easy walking distance of fab shopping centre, coach station, and nearby University. Every room was comfortable and a good size. Clean/ Modern decor and furnishings. Downstairs cloak room plus bathroom with tub and shower. Free parking for one car 24x7. Felt secure. Lovely restaurants including "Knowledge" on the river side and another authentic Italian in City Centre. Good old Weatherspoons nearby. Friendly people on the phone if wanted to ask any questions.

There was nothing to not like other than we had to leave! The bed I had was firmer than what I'm used to but wouldn't put me off returning and my adult daughter's loved their beds / rooms. If I'm really picky, just a little extra Tea, Coffee for on arrival after a long drive before hitting the shops.
